Important to note:
Our agenda will be tightly packed. We are asking the cooperation of our AGM attendees to keep us moving. A time limit will be imposed on speakers. You are urged to review the agenda and proposed amendments before the AGM. Executive reports will be sent out the week before the AGM and will be highlighted at the meeting.
We will be following the Green Rules as our rules of procedure, as much as possible.

Last chance to renew your membership if you are near your year’s expiry to ensure eligibility to vote. To vote, you are required to be a member 14 days prior to the meeting, or by April 7th (see Bylaw on Membership, 7.4.1.1.). To check your renewal date, email us.
