Barry Leslie is a retired teacher who has lived in Gaspereau, Kings County for thirty-five years. He is a father and grandfather who believes in being involved in the local community and in
helping communities in other parts of the world.
He has a B.A., a B.Ed. and an M.Ed.; all from Acadia University. He also worked in construction before he became a teacher. He was a red seal plumber and worked in Nova Scotia and across
the Canadian west.
