Charlene believes a government must lead with principles, and follow with promises… not lead with promises and then break them. Charlene was raised in Truro and has lived in many areas of HRM including the South end, West End, Fairview and Clayton Park where she currently resides. She is engaged to be married this fall and has one daughter, aged 16, who attends Halifax West.
